Six apartments in Fiumicino, with different spaces and amenities. Five are on the seafront; Albero is in a different part of the town.

Sabbia is an open-plan penthouse for two, with an indoor jetted bathtub reserved for guests staying in the apartment.
A sea-view terrace
Amore offers a panoramic terrace and room for up to four guests. Sabbia also has a sea-view terrace and accommodates two people.
A balcony by the sea
Blu and Arancio are apartments for two, each with a sea-view balcony, double bedroom and living room.
A garden to enjoy
Rosa is on the ground floor, with a garden, gazebo and barbecue. A double bedroom and sofa bed accommodate up to four guests.
Two levels, two bathrooms
Albero is an apartment for two, with a double bedroom, two bathrooms and a balcony. It is separate from our seafront homes and has internal stairs.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Each home has its own check-in and check-out times, listed on its page. Early arrivals and late departures must be agreed around other bookings and cleaning.
What will I find in my apartment?
Every home has an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linen and towels. Terraces, gardens, jetted bathtubs and other features vary: see each apartment page for the details.
Are the apartments step-free?
Access varies by home. Amore and Sabbia have a final flight of stairs; Albero has two levels. Always read the access notes on the apartment page and contact us about specific requirements.
Are the apartments inside Fiumicino Airport?
No, they are in town: five are on the seafront and Albero is on Via William D’Altri. Plan your journey around the home, your transport and flight time; travel times vary with traffic.
Does the Leonardo express stop near the apartments?
The Leonardo express runs non-stop between Roma Termini and the station inside Fiumicino Airport. The journey between the airport and your apartment must be arranged separately. Check the operator’s website for current timetables and updates.
